Matrix doesn't want to pay for my ****** and never recovered vehicle

I called matrix requesting for the recording we made on the first day I took the contract with them, they promised it will be sent within 7 working days, till to date, when I call, I can't go through, they promised to pay should something happens to my car, now they are refusing. i
