Matrix does not care
Matrix must count among the worst tracking companies in the country when it comes to customer. I had their tracking device fitted in my vehicle in 2019. There was no end date for the contract. In March 2025, when my vehicle was ******, I then discovered that the tracking unit was not working. Since then, I have been trying to get information about why the unit was not working. i need access to all documentation explaining how subscription was cancelled, when and by whom. All my requests have been met with deadly silence. All i received from them is a case number. I have suffered a great deal of prejudice because of this lack of cooperation as the my vehicle insurance company cannot finalise my claim without a clear explanation with proof from Matrix about when, and by whom was the contract was terminated.

After ignoring my complaints for weeks on end, Matrix finally came back to me. Somebody called Simphamandla called and offered a lame excuse for the despicable matter in which I have been treated and offered to install a new unit on my vehicle. He said his supervisor will talk me on the phone. I told him i needed a written explanation and he promised that it will be done. Unsuprisingly, it has not been done. All i need is written proof that I was advised that my subscription will come to and end to enable me to exercise my rights. If not why not because I am aware that it is their standard procedure to do so? why did they deviate from this procedure?
