Matrix deserves a negative rating

I wish i could give this **** company a 0 Being a customer for years and they don't appreciate you being **** to everytime you call billed incorrectly don't care if u tell them u taking it to the papers or consumer watch agents cut the call when u ask for a name a manager is never available in a meeting or goes on leave all in 1 day no wonder the reviews are so bad u give a damn about the customer apparently saying thatvthey cover up **** is offensive well if u have treated ur customers better rather than having them sick and fighting a battle of being billed correctly then maybe my attitude would have been better senior manager again rude and doesn't give u a chance to speak she u upset really matrix disgusting is an understatement wish i never gave u business from reading the reviews clearly im justified in how i feel
