Matrix ******** debits and causing bank charges

After numerous calls and eventually getting response from Matrix that they would cancel the debit order and would not be debiting my account as per the recorded telephone conversation. They have started again to debit my account without my consent and in breach of what they promised on The 27th of November 2024. Please return the money that you ********ly debitted and keep to the promise you said to me. I am not happy with the way you operate and regret every second of forming a relationship with this company. Please reverse ky money and cancel the debit order thats ********.
