Matrix customer support is the worst service.

I wrote about my experience with Martix vehicle tracking around ons month ago. Afterwards a supervisor called me to ask me about my experience. I explained to her how bad my experience was and I am of the opinion that they don’t know what they are doing administratively. It is no use sending them emails or try to phone them. It seems as if they are plain just not interested to resolve the issues I am having with them. I cancelled my account with them and received two emails from them to accept my request for cancellation. They however keep on debiting my account for premiums they claim I owe them. It is positively the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. My reference number is ***2.
