Matrix Customer Service sucks
Been trying for 5 days to conact customer service, the option 4 rings then cuts off. I tried oher alternatives with same effect...Also then wrote on the website, and still no contact. Shocking, but yet the debit order doesnt stop. Loyal customer but disgusting service!!!!!
