MATRIX COMPLAINT
matric service is extremely poor!!!!!!!! ill rate them minus 3. two of our units was not working,since installed two years ago!!! they only send a technician in jan. 2025.
units was replaced,matrix was then supposed to refund me for the debit orders deducted all this time empty promises!!!!!!!!!!! MATRIX PHONE ME TO DO A CANSELLATION,ILL RATHER SUPPORT NETSTAR!!! ***
