Matrix complaint

This company is a reap of i took a car tracking device beginning of March 2020 And they told me that if i terminated before 6 or 12 months there will be a penalties and beginning of August 2021 i called them to cancel contract after tje car was involved in an accident and i had to cancel cause the car was nomore they 1stly sent an email stating that it has been cancelled andthey stopped debiting 3 months later endof October they started again and i called them and they aske for bank statements i sent everything then it went quiet recently they started sending me smses and phone calls from “new debt management” telling me i owe matrix money
