Matrix car tracking will **** you

Matrix may be a decent tracking company, but their salesmen are outright ****mers. I was phoned by someone posing as a salesman from Tracker offering to upgrade our outdated unit for free. Eventually, after being on the phone for 45 minutes, he admitted that he was not from Tracker. He **** about my tracker being out of contract, he **** about the price of the Matrix contract, and he absolutely ****med me into this. Definitely going to the ombudsman with this, but in the meantime, be warned!
