Matrix car tracking the worst company in Africa

i was eventually mailed by a lady from Matrix after my initial complaint about poor service, But as soon as I asked her a few questions the discussion ended . This is the most useless company that I have ever done business with. I have now lodged an official complaint with the Gauteng office of consumer affairs. my rights as a consumer was violated, in short I was updated to new tracking units in two of my cars. a week later I discovered that these units were not working ,Send numerous mails , messages and sms. even spoke to their AI robot no luck ?? but i still get billed by them every month .The upgrade was done in January???? we are almost six months into these units that are not working .Do they not have a supervisor, or a manager who has more than one brain cell ? MATRIX WAKE UP AND STOP ROBBING PEOPLE !!!!!!
