Matrix Car Tracking Nonsense
I would like to understand from matrix who, when, where are their technicians trained.
I still haven't had a response on who will be fixing my cars central locking and inside car light that no longer works after theol technician they sent did something to the wiring.
While trying to change from another service provider to Matrix, my car was worked on, all of a sudden my central locking from my key no longer works as well as my light, the cover under steering wheel is on incorrectly.
WHO WILL BE PAYING TO REPAIR TO ORIGINAL WORKING CONDITION!!!
Where the f*ck do I know find the money to fix YOUR faults?!?!
This is bullsh*t!!!
Literally 2 days of service and already I can say, they have to be the most useless car tracking service out there.
