Matrix Car Tracker, you'll regret it.

I had a dispute with Matrix vehicle tracker about having cancelled my account with them after the initial end-date of the contract, they charged me an extra month ANYWAY claiming that saying that I didn't want a contract with them is not enough to cancel it. I later decided to pay the extra month they were demanding and since I wanted to sever any relationship still left with them. I made the payment on the 4th Of October 2023 however I see a missed payment reflecting on December 2023 on my credit report. This company is also showing as vehicle loan on my credit report when they are only offering a commonplace service tracking cars. Calling them doesn't work as it took them 3 months to give me a letter showing that the payment was made in October.
