Matrix car tracker and panic button in my car does not work! do not use Matrix tracker
Till today i am driving with a car that has a tracker that doesn't work, I called in again for assistance this useless agent Called Kadashne N she was rude and did not want to assist me. so I must continue paying for something that doesn't work, my life is in danger cause I am driving around with a car tracker that doesn't work, I was in a life and death situation, I pressed the panic button and it did not work no one even called to check if I am ok they did not respond when I needed help after pressing the panic button. I have used over R500 of airtime calling them and their agents hanging up my calls and I have to call again and again
And I have videos as proof that their panic button doesn't work
**** you Matrix, you are risking our lives while *****ing our money every month
If you thinking about taking a Matrix Mix car tracker, do not!
