Matrix car track inefficiency
The tracking company deliberately frustrates existing customers when trying to do a cancelation. Their own employee attested to that by informing me that the cancelation department dont answer their calls deliberately and will never call you back. In that way they continue to collect the premiums which i believe it's tantamount to actually *****ing from customers. I have been trying for 2 months to do a cancelation
