MATRIX CAR TRACK - BEYOND PATHETIC AND POOR SERVICE

This is the worst and poorest service I have ever come across. I contacted them in November (telephonically and via email). Customer Service emails are "full" and cannot receive any further emails (please try again later). Customer Care Call Centre (placed on hold or request call back) nothing happens.

Cancellation emails sent on three occassions and still nobody from Matrix has been in contact with me. Not even a call to enquire why I am cancelling the service (which is non existent) or can we perhaps discuss or resolve the matter.

Most pathetic service in general with changes taking place without notifications, no access to track various vehicles, delayed responses with regards to the position of vehicles, etc. etc. etc.

I would definitely not recommend Matrix to anyone.
