Matrix cancellation headache
I have unsuccessfully tried to cancel my contract with Matrix tracking since September 2017, emailing, phoning, SMS and commenting on their website I am being told that due to the fact that there is an outstanding amount they cannot cancel the contract,, but they keep deducting R 234.22 monthly,from my bank account, totaling R 5 612.84 thus far I have stopped the debit order at the bank. Shame on you for doing nothing for me but continue harassing me to pay up Account number 545438, cancellation number *** - latest number What more must one do to get this contract cancelled? Mu vehicle was paid i full September 2017 when I was retrenched and I did the first request for cancellation I have been a client since 2012 and to date has had no service form Matrix I paid the tracking whilst my vehicle was financed by the bank,
