Matrix Cancellation gully paid ip

I cancelled and PAID UP the cancellation fee as requested by Matrix.

They however did not notify me that they removed my name from the credit buro, Experian, as they said they would.

See the paid up letter that I received from them that my contract with them is fully paid up.
