Matrix Cancellation Department is Useless
I have a contract that will be expiring next month on 20 May. 2026
I emailed the cancellation department on 20 April 2026 and till date I received no response acknowledging my cancellation request. I have even tried calling to speak to someone in the cancellation department and nobody has the decency to pick up the call.
Matrix I want this contract terminated immediately
I believe that this is a strategy to try and get me to pay additional months over my contract period
