MATRIX CANCELATION PROBLEM and UNREACHABLE CONTACT CENTER
Good Day,
I have requested a cancelation in September...... Since my request, I only received a ref number. BUT my subscription is not cancelled. Every month I am expected to pay. Now I am getting notifications that my account is in arrears. What's worse is that your call center is unreachable.
CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!!!!!!!!
