Matrix can't log out a user

<p>I'm a client of Matrix tracking device for almost 3 years now. For the past week I've reset my Matrix password twice already with the means to log out one of my users. But the Matrix app just keep all the users logged in so what is the use to change my password. Does that mean that when you use Matrix you will never get rid of previous employees? They can just keep tracing you if so I must immidantly look at other options for my vechiles. Hope Matrix can help me solve this problem fast! </p>
