Matrix can swindle you like no other tracking company

Matrix is swindling me big time, I call to be moved to a lower subscription and I am moved to a much higher subscription without explanation. When I call to enquire I get their rude agents who want me to pay for the service I did not sign up for. I have logged a few cases that are never attended (example Ref ***9). I requested that the recordings be checked but the try debiting my account anyway, these people are swindling people. I have written more than 5 complaints to them and received zero response.( I have proof and if the honestly listen to the recordings they will see that there is major *****ulent activities in their company)
