Matrix call center and cancellation or customer care email addresses will never respond

Hi Matrix,

Please help I have been trying to close one of my accounts and no one seems to want to help. I have been to the call center and even followed the cancellation email guide. I do not want reverse the debit orders as I still have other cars in my account. Would someone please help. I stayed on the line for 30 minutes without someone answering, does your call center number word???
