Matrix breach of agreement, lack of service!

Shocking service and lack of! Matrix vechile tracking company contacted me on the 10th of December 2024 to upgrade my device. The telephonic agreement was that it would cost R179.00 per month and that they would send me a copy of the contract so I could notify my insurance company and there after cancel my exciting tracking company. Almost 4 months later I have still not received a contract and thus paying double. Secondly I have phoned and emailed many times and still no response and thirdly they are decucting R179.00 plus an additional R95.00 that I was not told about.
