Matrix black listing me for a paid debt

Good morning everyone Please stay away from matrix I have had endless problem's with them my account They now have listed me as missed payments in February but on my bank statement it shows it was paid Contact billing department there supivor is to busy to take my call Then contact customer care they don't really care or could help us they told me they have no supivor or management on duty today People this company is as useless as ice in the north pole My account is closed but they now send me an SMS saying I owe them R120 If they can't sorted out a simple thing like a account WILL THEY BE ABLE TO FIND UR CAR!!!! STAFF IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IN ALL WAYS!!
