Matrix Beame Terrible Service

I have been a customer for many years. I have 2 vehicles with Beamer, I have been trying for months to contact them via what's app and emails and calling them to no avail. They have not responded to emails and the WhatsApp systems says it sent an OTP and this is never received and i cannot complete the request. The service is terrible and I am looking at cancelling my contracts and join maybe Ghost tracking or a similar service provider. What would happen should I need to contact them in an emergency ? My vehicles will be long gone and most likely never recover it. Think twice if signing up with Matrix Beame.
