Matrix/ beame/ powerfleet

Last month I had an issue with beame doing multiple debts on my account. It took me writing a complaint here in order to get someone to assist. In good faith I removed my complaint upon request. This month they still have the cheek to say my account is unpaid. The *** are unresponsive. I want to cancel their subscription for their lack of service, wonder how long that will take....

Their service sucks!
