Matrix beame not wanting to cancel my tracker contract

I have a tracker with matrix beame from mix telematics. I had a car written off in April. I wrote an email to them stating that I would like to cancel the tracker contract as I do not have the car. This was on 02/06/2021. I was then given a reference number ***9 for my case. No contac has been made to me since then, when I call I just run out of airtime without getting in contact with the consultant.

It is very unfair that I have to work soo hard to cancel a car tracker when I already have so much stress and burden, they still want to debit me. It is the second time this is happening and I'm never taking another car to beame for fitting tracker for a third time.
