I've been a Mix Telematics Customer for almost 6 years. I was pushed into signing with them by King Price. In 6 years I've tried calling them and emailing them about upgrades and other stuff about twice a year. It's like they don't exist. All you get are emails back a few hours later saying your query has been resolved.

I am selling my car at the moment and need to cancel my device. I sent a mail to cancellation last week and still haven't had a call or confirmation. Worst company to be involved with by far
