Matrix Beame has the worst cancellations service ever!

Matrix Beame knows how to contact you when they want your money but are nowhere to be found when you need customer service.

I sold my car Sept 2022, called Matrix Beame to request a cancellation. I was told to send an email to their cancelations email address which I did. I received an auto reply and nothing afterwards. End of Oct I received a statement. I sent another email to request they cancel the policy, another auto reply and nothing else still. The debit orders kept going through which I canceled through my bank but still each month since then they debit my account. It's Jan 2023 now and still nothing.

I've called multiple times trying to get assistance from their accounts/collections as well as cancelations but the phone just rings unanswered. It's such a disappointment how these companies are so unreliable even when you have been a loyal customer for over 3 years with zero claims and still get very poor service. I'll keep cancelling the debit orders until someone contacts me or I'll be forced to report this to the NCC.
