Matrix/ Beam Vehicle Tracking
I had a contract with Matrix Vehicle Tracking for over 10 years without a claim, I decided to terminate the contract with immediate effect knowing that I have a right to do so because I was in a month to month with the contract
They told me that if I want to terminate the contract I must pay the certain amount of money, I told them that, it is not supposed to be like that the reason being I'm not having a contract with Matrix anymore and they continue to debit the money from my bank account using different references of which the Bank won't be able to block them for debit my money.
The sad part is when you phone Matrix for assistance they are not being found. Matrix is a ****.
