Matrix beam pathetic customer service
Absolutely pathetic customer service 😡 had a debit order issue....I then called in to make arrangements....what was discussed between me and the agent did not happen....they didn't do what they said they were gonna do, it has now affected my credit score....I've called at least 10 in the last 2 hours.....they keep transfering me to accounts and customer service....there is no one senior to speak to and when threaten to go to hello Peter and the ombudsman her response is "okay"....when this product was being sold to me

11 Oct 2024, 14:16This company is a money making scheme....based on my review previously, I have been contacted by the company...after explaining my situation I've asked them to pull out my call records....it turns out that the agent who spoke to me mislead me and even after the company hearing call records...they are acknowledging that the agent was wrong however they are not willing to do anything whatsoever to rectify this.... I've asked them to cancel my tracking unit....I'm then asked to pay for cancellations only then did they explain to me that I'm in a 36 month contract...which was never telephonically explained to me when the agent sold me this unit....this is affecting my credit score immensely....they do not want to do anything to rectify....this is the worst service I've ever received and I personally don't recommend this company to anyone.....I am however taking this up with the ombudsman and they will hear from them soon.
