Matrix Beam Contractual Bullying

I joined in 2022. Not once have I received a call from them about the whereabouts of my car even though they said they will call every time I left a province. I tried to cancel them then they forced me to pay a cancellation fee which I did through their lawyers "Mbd". I send them a cancellation call and email upto this day they still finding ways to debit money in my account. This is bullying. They literally forcing me to use their services.
