This company is really pathetic i called Matrix in December to cancel the contract since I sold the car , they still continue to debit my account , constant threats of credit bureau, I have sent numerous emails to their cancellation department, when I call it takes forever to answer. I don't know what else to do

I'm now constantly getting messages that my account is handed over to Rasmi Legal ... .. when I don't even owe a single cent to this company . They have affected my credit score over a lie .
