Matrix Bad experience

Good day ..I highly regret joining this **** ..they don't send any notifications in writing of their annual increases..they register your account on the credit bureau as CAR LOAN so much *****?..this is a tracking company not a car loan .. the consultants are unable to even answer all the maliciousnes going on .. I hardly get any smses or communication 😒 from this company .. I just want them to remove the car loan ..and put the correct wording CAR Tracker..they keep messing people's profiles ..this is highly unacceptable and calls should be recorded to link the consultant that 🙄 called you to offer their services as Intermediary.. no one seems to know who you spoke to ... so much ***** ...
