matrix as usual never kept their promises

we have reached mutual agreement with matrix ,but they never send me cancellation letter with their banking details, now they are debiting more money and their debt collectors or they claim to be their debt collectors. who must i pay

Reviewer Update
On 17 April 2026, I spoke to Carol Madube, I requested AGAIN THAT MY CONTRACT BE TERMINATED, she sent me a email as per our discussion and within our discussion we agreed that she will call me and give the amount I have to pay, till no am still waiting for that call.
