I have requested my account to be cancelled multiple times with absolutely no response.

I want to cancel it because a friend of mine had their car ******. They had to pay R5000 upfront just for them to even begin the search. They then found out 2 days later that their car wasn't even registered on the system. The entire process the staff were absolutely rude and made it the hugest effort.
