Matrix are ****mers

I have been a client of Matrix for over 5 years and in February 2025 I requested they cancel my policy in writing as I no longer had my car. I was then debited two premiums in March another in April and have now been requested to pay another premium in May. I have been calling and emailing them since February to send me a cancellation letter and they just don't respond. I am so disgusted by them. I now have a new car that needs a tracking system but will never ever do business with such a dishonest organization again. I will never refer anyone to do business with them as well. What a disgraceful company. ****mers
