Matrix - admin completely and utterly useless

Matrix. I have tried since 16.01.2024 to get installation certificates for our vehicles. Emails are a waste of time. After responding matter is receiving attention nothing happens. Phone calls are a waste of time and the staff are downright useless. I have cancelled Matrix on all the other companies I am involved eith but this particular company travel a lot and the vehicles are not ofter at home base. It is difficult to install new trackers on all the vehicles because they travel around a lot. I dont know what would happen if we had a vehicle ******. What a useless company.
