I moved over to a new insurance company in 2023 and they requested me to install Beamie Tracking Devices. I contacted Matrix and have been struggling till this day (25/06/2024) to get units installed into my vehicles. This is the worst service I experienced in my life. Three of my vehicles is not covered for hijacking due to empty promises from Matrix. I.wouldn't suggest anyone to use this company. You can't complain about service if there is none.
