So after my previous review and a long fight with this company I still did not receive a call from one of their managers but I did receive an email from them saying confirmation of immediate cancelation of services with my account number so this should mean that all my services was canceled, wrong this morning I get a phone call to say that they want to renew my contact at a lower price, then I was told that the contract was never canceled despite the email I received, again after a long conversation I was told that the matter will be escalated and that I can't speak to a manager, how do you run a company where your managers are never available to speak to you and explain why they would send out false emails. All I can say is never do business with this company. Seems that changing their name to powerfleet just made it worse.
