Matrics Mix telematics car track. Horrible experience-avoid this company!

I’m extremely disappointed with how this company handles cancellations. When I decided to cancel my car tracking service, I was shocked to be told that I now owe a ridiculous cancellation fee — an amount that was never mentioned in the contract or discussed upfront. This feels completely dishonest and exploitative.

I signed up in good faith, expecting transparency and fair terms. Instead, I’m being penalized with hidden fees that were nowhere in writing. It’s unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to read the fine print (if they even give it to you) and be prepared for nasty surprises if you ever want to cancel.

Absolutely not worth the stress — I regret ever signing up.
