matric tracking your money not your vehicle

after almost three weeks no one at Matrix want to help me call back or answer their emails. they took money from me pro rata for devices that they shouldn't have i call email ask nicely but you just don't get any response. Caroline Madu be phoned me once an promised she call back almost two weeks nothing. Seipati just say sorry she gave it to management out of her hands, Fabian Getyy that sold me the devices just don't answer his emails. so, i hope someone of management read this and try to help a very disappointed client. i will never ever recommend matrix to anyone
