Low quality service and being accused of not paying premiums despite me sending the proof of the debit order multiple times

Today is the last time im telling u this after only 1 month of using ur services being accused of not paying the debit order and having to send the proof of payment multiple times ....im done come take ur **** from my car or what ever u want to do. as at today my account is really not paid now as I have reversed the debit order and blocked you guys do what ever u need to do nobody better call my phone unless if it's to deinstall your tracking device and leave me alone
