Looks like they like sending out handing over letters
Looks like Im not the first to complain. Like most of your customers complaining to today regarding your handing over letter. My tracker also stopped working in June 2019 and was phoned by a consultant. I advised the consultant in June 2019 that I no longer require the services and please cancel my subscription. Consultant confirmed that it will indeed be cancelled. Well well... guess the request was never cancelled. "All our calls are recorded" - please go listen to that call............ I CANCELLED!
