Looking after my family

I had several interactions with Sheruna recently, for a variety of requests relating to my family's Matrix Products.<br> <br> Over a period of 2 weeks, with several challenges that came up, Sheruna stayed on the ball and followed my requests through to resolution.<br> <br> Most recently, I was very amused and pleased when my brother phoned in with a query on his profile, and quite by chance, got through to Sheruna. During the course of the call, she recalled that he was my brother, and then quickly expedited the query. <br> <br> Sheruna does Matrix proud, and I now direct all my (numerous) queries and amendments directly to her for prompt and efficient response.<br> <br> Keep up the good work!
