Lies and horrible service

I have canceled my mix telematics, been through the proper channels with not much luck. Not only did they say that I am on a 24 month contract but my contract that I first received which was somehow lost from there side states month to month, they have the audacity to phone me and state that I am in arears. I explained to the lady that I canceled this and she said that not only is this active, if I want to cancel I must pay a cancelation fee of R 781.00. That is absolutely absurd as I phoned the call center earlier this month and they stated that if I canceled within the month, firstly there would be no cancelation fee and secondly that they won't charge me after that.

So when I recieved yet another bill from them, I refused to pay that until this matter is resolved. I still await a response and now this company want to take me legal.

Very very disappointed in mix telematics. I would honestly not refer this to anybody, it seems that telkom might be easier to cancel then they are.
