Before doing an upgrade I specifically requested a qoute of the new subscription and till today I have NOT received it. At least I understand why no.. They couldn't send it to me cause they were planning to debit more than what I agreed on. I'm not even surprised anymore. This is what I have endured since joining a company that hires *****! <br>
