Lacking Invoice System
I don’t know how many times I’ve called to ask that invoices and statements must be emailed to me on a monthly basis! I will call and they would say it has been fixed. For 2 months I will receive them and then suddenly they stop coming! What type of system are you using that is so lacking, in 2020 you are failing customers?!!!!!
