lack of resposiveness
I sold my vehicle and advised the company via their \contact us"to please cancel the tracking devise. This was done on Oct 10 and again on Nov 11. Every-time i was mailed a reference number but the request not actioned. Another deduction went off this month. All I want is for to cancel and my payments to be refunded ASAP>"""
