Lack of communication

This is my 2nd time having to reach customer care via Hellopeter reviews. Can customer care please send me an email or direct me to the department in question regarding the installation of a tracker to my new car as the old one was destroyed in a car accident months ago.

I’m tired of paying monthly after practically begging you guys for something so simple. My vehicle is high risk and insurance is on my back for driving around without one.

Please take your customers seriously because I don’t even have the option to go to a different tracker company thanks to your high settlements. I spoke to you guys a week ago and you promised to send me email confirmation regarding installation. I haven’t heard from anyone ever since. Please do better guys. I’ve been begging and pleading since November for such a simple request.
